how much notice do i need to give?

it is advisable to give us 2 weeks notice,however if it is a small move we can generally fit you in within a few days.

can i do my own packing?

of course you can!A wide range of packing materials is available to order via our website.please call us if you need any packing advice. 

will my move be insured?

limited liability goods in transit insurance per van load is included at no extra cost.please refer to our terms and conditions.

what are the quotes based on? 

 the quote is based on a number of different aspects ranging from what floor of a property you are on the king of property,the size of the vehicle needed,number of removal operatives involved,the amount of time necessary to carry out the move and whether any packing is required.

how long will it take to get my quotation? 

the average turn around for a quotation is generally within 24 hours of the request and at peak times 48 hours of the request.however it may take longer if there is additional information required ,such as as access check at your destination

do i need to organize parking?

if parking is difficult outside your property or is residents only,you will need to contact your local council parking department and organize a parking suspension.please give them a minimum of 5 working days notice.

how do i pay? 

we require full payment once the removal has been completed.we accept cheques,cash,credit cards and bacs payment a invoice/receipt will be issued
